Beyond the resume
Ericka is a Nebraska native, and has adopted Minnesota as her home for the last nearly 8 years. She loves living in Uptown, and takes advantage of the nearby chain of lakes as much as she can. After losing 115 pounds, Ericka loves being active and learning to cook (with more or less success). She enjoys spending time with her wickedly smart cat Delhi and her wonderful boyfriend, Alex. She enjoys creative outlets, like singing and acting. Ericka loves meeting new people, supporting other entrepreneurs, and volunteering- her door is always open!
